Hi, I'm Dr. Kirk McCormick, thanks for visiting our site! FMI has been focused on empowering God’s calling in people since 1944. What is a ministry calling? It’s a conviction to love God and love people well personally, and a strong passion to help others to do the same. If you feel stirred to help others grow in their faith, if you don’t care about the titles, the spotlight, the fame, but instead are drawn to serve the Lord and shepherd people with a pastoral heart, then FMI may be for you. We are looking for people who are sold out to God and want to serve others as well. If you need some guidance in discovering your calling or if you’re ready for that next step of becoming a minister, please carefully read over this website and contact us with any questions. You can also apply for membership right here on the website. Becoming a minister is a process which we take seriously. Good references and accountability with those you are serving with are required.
